Aise mein hame chahiye ki hum apne daily routine mein apni health ke bare mein bhi sochna shuru kare. Aur kuch time apni body ke liye bhi nikale. Taki body ki working bhi hoti rahe and sharir mein blood ka flow bhi thik rahe.

Hum logo ke paas itna time nahi hota ki hum gym jaye ya fir running kare. Aise me cycling karna ek best option hai. Aur toh aur cycling karne se hame kai tarah ke fayde bhi hote hain. And aajkal to foreign country ki tarah India mein bhi office jane ke chalan shuru ho gaya hai. And mein khud bhi apne 5 days working ki job mein 3 days apne cycle par he office jata hun. Or ap maniye jab se cycle par office jana shuru kiya tab se working mein bhi kafi farak pada hai. Hum IT walo ki physical working bahut he kam hoti hai. Aur jada tar time laptop ke samne he spend hota hai, aise mein ghar se office aur office se ghar cycle par jana mere liye bahut he faydemand sabit hua hai. Asha karta hun ki ap bhi cycling shuru kijiye.   • Sir ko hilla kar dehkane par movement jada nhi hona chahiye. Feeting par khaas dhyan dain. Agar kisi bhi tarha ka crash hua hai ya gir gaya hai to use turant replace kar dena hi safe hota hai.

Kapde: Clothes

Cycle chalate time hame kaise kapde pehne chahiye aaiye jaante hain.

  • Cycle chalane ke liye khaas kapde pehnne ki jaroorat nahi hai. Roj ke kapade he pehn sakte hai. Lekin ye jada dheele nahi hone chahiye.
  • Cycle me chain gard nahi hai to apne paints ko fold karke pehne ya fir leg band ka istemaal kare.
  • Cycle chalane ke liye sabse comfortable clothes shorts he hote hain. Iske alawa proper bikes shorts bhi pehne ja sakte hain

Monsoon:

  • Bright colour ke kapade or reflective wear pehne. Jecets or pants waterproof hone chahiye.
  • Long Cycle Rides – Jada lambi doori taye kar rahe hain to bike gloves jaroor istemal kare. Ye haath par padne wale pressure ko balance kar lete hain.

Comfort:

Seat Height – Seat par bethe hue pendle tak pahunchne par ghutne thode mudhe hue hone chahiye. Khaas Kar bingers jo abi cycling new hain.  ko suraksha ke liye sheet jara neeche he rakhani chahiye.

Seat Angle – Seat ki unchai 5 degree se na jada upar aur na he neeche rakhe.

Deisign:

Cycle ki seat ki design gender specific, comfort or performance based hoti hai. Jaruri hai ki bethane par ye chubhani nhi chahiye. Seat aaram dayak hona chahiye.
