Aaj ka hamara topic hai ki kaise hum khud par atam vishwas kare? atam vishwas karna hamare liye kitna jada jaruri hai. Agar hame apni life main unchain par pahunchna hai ya fir kafi success leni hai to uske liye jaruri hai ki hum khud par atam vishwas kare.

atam vishwas karne ke liye hame kin baton par dhyaan rakhna chahiye hum es par baat karte hain.

Atam Vishwas Kyaa Hai?

Ye atam aur vishwas se bana ek word hai. To atam vishwas kyaa hota hai, agar aap in dono words ko alag kar de to aap dekhenge ki atam aur vishwas alag ho jayega. Atam ka arth hota hai swayam ya khud par aur vishwas ka arth hota hai ki aapko bharosa kitna hai. Or agar in dono ko ek sath mila diya jaye to eska matlab hota hai ki apka khud par kitna jada bharosa hai.  To atam vishwas kaa hindi main arth hua ki swayam ko aap kitna jaante hain ya apne apko kitna pehchante hain or khud par apka kitna bharosa hai.

Ab hum bat karenge ki kaise aap apne atam vishwas ko aur badha sakte hain aur jivan mein uchaiyon tak pahunch sakte hain.

Hum sabhi mein achai aur burai dono pehlu hote hain. Ab sawal ye uthta hai ki hum apne aap ko kitna ache se swikaar karte hain. atam vishwas ka bhi yahi arth hai ki aap khud ko kitna sweekar karte hain. Ya khud ko kitna pehchante hain. Har insaan ke andar achaiyaan bhi hoti hai aur buraiyaan bhi.  Par agar ap apni buraiyon ko pehchan lein aur us par working karna shuru kar dein ki apki kya kya buraiyaan hain. To aise mein aap khud dekhenge ki kaise aap ka atam vishwas aur majboot ho jata hai. To atam vishwas ko gehra karne ke liye jaruri hai ki aap khud ko ache se jaane.

atam vishwas ka prabhav hamare jivan ke har shetra mein padta hai. Chahe wo safalta ho ya fir asfalta ya fir apsi sambandh ho, esme bhi hamare atam vishwas ka kaam kafi mehtavpuran hota hai.  Tau eske liye jaruri hai ki hum khud ko jaane aur apne manobal ko aur jada strong kar lein.

Apne dekha hoga ki jin logo ka life main aim set hota hai wo uske liye kitne jada ekchuk hote hain. Aur wo apne kaam ko har tarike karna jante hain. Ki kaise unko apne kam ko kis tarah se karna hai. Aur kab apne kaam ko khatam karna hai. To isliye kaha jata hai ki apka manobal apki motivation agar strong hogi to ap apne kaam ko aur bhi ache se kar payenge.

Agar aap dekhenge ki jo log nirash hokar beth jate hain. Ya fir unhe safalta milti hai. To unka manobal bhi jo hai wo kam ho jata hai. Jo unka khud ke prati trust hota hai wo aur depress ho jata hai. To eske liye jaruri hai ki ap khud ko pehchanne ki apki kya kya kamiyan hain. Fir un par ap kam karna shuru kar de.

Dridh atam vishwasi hone ka ye matlab nahi hai ki aap puran ho gaye hain.  Ya fir life mai apko har cheej ati hai. Agar apko kuch or nahi ata hai. To uske liye bhi jaruri hai ki ap us par work out kare. Fir aap khud dekhenge ki ap kaise life mai safalta ki aur badhte rahenge. Life main har insaan se koi na koi galti jarur hoti hai. Iska matlab ye nahi ki hum hatash or nirash hokar beth jaye. Agar hum apni galtiyon se kuch sikhane ya unse koi prerna lenge to aap khud dekhenge ki kaise hamara atam vishwas aur bhi majbut hota hai. To hamari galtiyon se jo hamara atam vishwas hai aur bhi jyada strong hota hai ki kaise mujhe apni difficulties ko overcome karna hai.

To chaliye jante hain ki dradh atam vishwasi vyakti ke andar kya kya visheshtayein payi jati hai.

Jab tak hum apni yogyta or hamare andar kya talent hai usko nahi pehchante to tab tak hamara atam vishwas gehra nahi hota. To eske liye jaruri hai ki hame apni achaiyon or buraiyon ke bare mai pata hona chahiye.

Kai log apne samaj main dekhe honge ki wo jhuta niqab odhe rehte hain.  Wo apni buraiyon ko chupate hain aur apni achaiyon kaa sabke samne gungaan karte rehte hain. To agar hum apni buraiyon ko chupane ki jagah un par ache se kam kare  to aap dekhenge ki kaise apki personality aur nikhar jaayegi. Aur fir samne wala insaan bhi apki tareef karega ki kaise iss insaan ka  atam vishwas itna jada dradh hai. To eske liye ye kafi jaruri hai ki apko apne atam vishwas par bakhubi kaam karna padega.

Dradh atam vishwasi insaan ke liye ye jaruri hai ki wo apne atam gyaan ka bharpoor anand le. Atam gyaan hota hai self knowledge. Agar usse apne bare mai kafi knowledge hogi to wo acche se apni life par work kar payega. Aur uske goals jo hoga use bhi ache se achieve kar payega. To uske liye jaruri hai ke apko apne bare mai self knowledge hona jaruri hai.

Self Acceptance.

Agar ap apni achaiyon ko sweekar karte hai to uske sath sath apko apni buraiyon ko bhi sweekar karna chahiye. Kyunki ap apni buraiyon se he apni achayiyon se kar sakte hain.  Eske liye ye jaruri hai ki ap apne buraiyon par kam karne lage. Ki kaise aapko apni buraiyon ko chupana hai. Isse uski heen bhavna bhi door ho jayegi.

Self Respect.

Self respect hota hai atam samman. Atam samman bhi apke liye kafi jaruri hai. Agar ap apni personality ko nikhara na chahte hai to uske liye jaruri hai ki jo aap ka atam vishwas hai apka atam samman aur acha ho, jitna aapka self discipline acha hoga. Utna he ap uchaiyon ke prati aur ache rahenge.

Self Discipline.

Atam anushasan bhi aapke jivan ke liye kafi jaruri hai. Ki kaise ap apne jivan ko anushashit karke rakhe. Agar apko apne jivan main bahut kuch pana hai. To uske liye jaruri hai ki apki life jo hai wo acche se manage honi chahiye. Agar ap apne life mein anushasan bana kar chalenge to ap khud dekhenge ki kaise aap ko life main achievement milti hai.
