 Honey ki nutrition value bhi kuch kam nahi hai. Honey mein carbohydrates, Protein, Minerals like calcium, phosphorus, iron adi paye jate hain. Jo ki hamari body ko halthy rakh nirog zindagi jine mein help karte hain.

Shahad ki mithaas mainly glucose and fructose ke karan hoti hai. Glucose hamari body mein easily digest ho kar hame instant energy deta hai. Aur  15 se 20 minute tak lagaye rakhe aur fir gungune pani se dho le. Aur uske bad thande pani se dho le. Taki skin ke pores band ho jaye. Esse apki skin soft hogi, clean hogi, aur glow bhi karegi. Eske antioxidants skin ko pollution se hone wale damage se bhi bachayenge.

Honey is a good lip balm also:

Ye ek natural antibiotic hai jo bacteria ko nasht karta hai jisse pimple nahi hote. Honey lagane se hamara suraj ki ultra violet karno se bhi bachav rehta hai. Honey mein paye jane wale antioxidants body mein free radicals ko khatam kar aging ke process ko kam karta hai.

Honey for Hair:

Balon ko sundar aur healthy rakhne ke liye bhi honey bahut he faydemand hai. Iska upyog rukhe sukhe, bejan balo ko narish kar rashmi aur mulayam banata hai.

3 tablespoon olive oil and 2 tablespoon honey ko garam kar usme 1 tablespoon nimbu ka ras milakar ache se mix kare. Es halke garam mixture ko balo par 25 se 30 minute ke liye lagaye. Fir usse pani ke sath ache se dho le. Aisa karne se apko kafi ache results milenge.

Agar aapke pas time kam hai aur aap honey ka pura fayda bhi lena chahte hain, toh ap shampoo mein 2 se 3 tablespoon dal kar usse skalp par bhi laga sakte hain. Aur jhaag nikalne ke baad usse 2 se 3 minute tak lagaye rakhe aur fir dho le.

Itne sare fayde janne ka baad apko lag raha hain na ki ap abhi kitchen mein jaye aur honey ko kisi na kisi tarike se istemal kare.  Agar aapke pas honey nahi hai to aj he usse market se buy karke le aye.

Preferably raw ya organic honey he buy kare. Kyunki wo sabse jada effective hota hai.

Ek baat jarur dhyan rakhe ki, koi bhi cheez new try karne se pehle, khane ya lagane se pehle usse thoda sa le kar usse test jarur kare. Agar suit kare to he use kare. Kyunki har cheez har kisi ko suit nahi karti. So you are the better judge. All the best.
